This blend is excellent first thing in the morning. All of the herbs in this blend were chosen for their energizing properties. Gingko is invigorating and will help to awaken not only the body but the mind as well. Peppermint and Spearmint are both known for their energizing properties. Drinking this blend regularly will help to strengthen the nervous system.

Organic: lemongrass, spearmint, peppermint, rose petals, rosehips, oatstraw, gingko

Directions: For each tablespoon of herbs, add one cup of boiling water. Cover and steep for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
